Having already been burnt a few times in
other NWM ventures, I was very reluctant to even have a look at Xango. My
friend, Michelle Strydom, REALLY begged
and pleaded with me a number of times before I would attend a presentation! When I
eventually did, I was intrigued by the product and impressed with the
involvement of the somewhat youthful founders, particularly their commitment to global goodness including Operation
Hunger & Smile. I started doing some research and was horrified by the side
effects of prescription drugs, not only how they merely treated the symptom, but more horrific how they created other health problems. Being concerned about my family’s
health, particularly the fact that Dene was on 6 prescription drugs at the time, I decided to
give Xango a try. Dene, being very "resistent to change" was more reluctant than I was to give Xango a
try, began drinking the juice, but only 30ml once a day and only when I (forced) gave it to him.
In the beginning, as we were importing the juice via Australia, the shipping
made the juice quite pricey, so there were times when we couldn’t afford it and
also times when the stock wasn’t readily available. We continued on and off
with the juice for about 8 months, with Dene drinking at best 30ml per day plus
applying topically to his skin cancer lesions.
When Dene’s results from the
attending dermatologist confirmed a dramatic reduction of the cancerous areas, and
his prescription drugs had been reduced to 3, we realized that our financial
priorities needed to change to include drinking Xango each and every day, and
if that meant going without certain “niceties” so that our family’s health could
benefit, so be it! Neither Dene, myself or our son Dane have had any signs of
cold/flu symptoms since drinking Xango, which tells me our immune systems have strengthened.
Our energy levels have increased and I no longer get weekly migraines. We now share Xango (from our home office) with as many friends and
family members as we can.
Xango will finally launch in South Africa in October 2011, with the Cape Town launch being 27th
October 18h00 for 18h30pm @ Southern Sun Newlands and the Johannesburg launch
29th October @ Emperors’ Palace.
